Team Cherry announces exciting news for the Silk Song fans: with the upcoming update of the game in 2026, the first DLC of the game, Silk Song, is going to be available in the game free of cost to players who already own the game.
The DLC is expected to be released in 2026, totally cost-free, with the expansion of new enemies, bosses, tools, and areas to explore. The new expansion will be nautically themed, will feature water elements, and most likely underwater exploration.
Additionally, the team Cherry is working on the Nintendo Switch 2 version of the Silk Song, which will be released in 2026 with the expansion pack Sea of Sorrows that will include higher framerates, high resolution, and high graphical effects.
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33: DLC (Thank You Update) is free and available for all players who purchased the game. The DLC is available and was released 12th of December.
The DLC titled ‘Thank you update’ features a new area, Verso’s Drafts, that introduces a variety of new content, including the whimsical new environment of Verso’s Drafts. Players can explore new locations such as the sub-area Root of All Evil, which houses the new boss Osquio.
The new area versus’s draft, which features a colorful, toy-filled world with a normal sky, lollipop forests, rainbow-attacking enemies, new minigames and puzzles, including the Seesaw Challenge and Diving Board Minigame, with rewards like new Picots and cosmetics.
