Hardik Pandya was seen on a late-night drive in Ahmedabad with his girlfriend, Mahieka Sharma, after winning the Player of the Match award in the 5th T20I against South Africa. The match was played on Friday at the Narendra Modi Stadium, his home ground.
Pandya delivered a standout performance, smashing a 16-ball half-century, the second fastest by an Indian in T20Is. His aggressive innings helped India post a dominant total, earning him the Player of the Match honour.
After the game, a video surfaced online showing Hardik and Mahieka driving around the city late at night, vibing to music. The clip quickly went viral on social media.
During the match, Hardik also dedicated his performance to Mahieka Sharma by blowing kisses towards the stands, where she was present to watch the game. The celebration continued off the field as the couple marked the special night in Ahmedabad.

Hardik Pandya said he had told his girlfriend, Mahieka Sharma, and his teammates that he would try to hit a six off the first ball he faced. He kept that promise by smashing a first-ball six in the fifth T20I against South Africa at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
Hardik scored 63 runs off 25 balls, hitting five fours and five sixes. His innings helped India post 231 runs in the final match of the series. He also contributed with the ball by dismissing Dewald Brevis, and India won the match by 30 runs.
After receiving the Player of the Match award, Hardik said it felt like it was his day and he backed his instinct. He confirmed that he had planned the first-ball six in advance and trusted his confidence.

Hardik’s fifty was the second fastest by an Indian in T20 internationals, behind only Yuvraj Singh. Mahieka Sharma was present in the stands, and Hardik blew flying kisses towards her after reaching his half-century.
In the series, Hardik scored 142 runs with two fifties and also picked up three wickets.
